What THRIVE 6 is

THRIVE 6 is a 12-week family wellness programme run by TheMotivation. It gives your family a small plan each day across six connected areas (sleep, nutrition, digital balance, movement, routine and behaviour, and calm and emotional wellbeing), written around your own child by the programme's care team, with reviews at Week 4, 8 and 12. By creating an account or using THRIVE 6 you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

A wellness programme, not medical care

THRIVE 6 is a wellness and coaching programme. It is not a clinical trial, and it is not a diagnostic or treatment service. It does not replace your child's medical care or therapy. Please read the wellness & medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Who may use it

THRIVE 6 is for parents and guardians aged 18 or over, for their own child. Your child does not have an account. You confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and may agree to their taking part.

Your account and what you tell us

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them. Give us accurate information, and keep your child's medicines, other supplements and allergies up to date: the care team relies on them to keep your child safe. You agree to the commitments listed when you join, including telling us about suspected side effects and not changing any prescribed medication without the prescriber.

Participation is voluntary

You can stop at any time. Stopping, or not joining, will not affect your child's usual medical care or their eligibility for anything else TheMotivation offers.

Fees and subsidy

The programme is priced for each family. You can apply for a subsidy; the care team decides it from the information you give, and the amount you pay is shown to you before you pay. You agree that the information in a subsidy application is true. Fees and any refunds are as shown at checkout and agreed with you by the programme team.

Payments and cancelling

Payments are processed by Stripe, not by us. A subscription is billed monthly. The 12-week programme ends after three monthly payments, and you can choose to continue afterwards. You can cancel at any time from inside THRIVE 6; your access then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. A deposit of RM50 is taken to hold an appointment with a partner centre or therapist.

Any supplements offered through THRIVE 6 are optional wellness products. They are not a proven cure or treatment for any condition, and they do not replace prescribed medical care. See the disclaimer.

Using THRIVE 6 properly

Use THRIVE 6 only for your own family and only for its purpose. Do not try to see another family's information, interfere with how the service works, or share your account.

Our responsibility

We aim to provide THRIVE 6 with reasonable care and skill, but it is a wellness programme and results differ from child to child; we cannot promise a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from the account deletion page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts anyone's safety at risk.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the programme before a change that matters to you takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia can hear any dispute about them.
