Delete your THRIVE 6 account

You can ask for your THRIVE 6 account, and your child's records, to be deleted at any time. TheMotivation's team does it by hand, usually within a few business days, so nothing disappears from one accidental tap.

What is deleted

• Your THRIVE 6 account and sign-in
• Your child's programme records: questionnaires, consent record, daily tracking, plan, goals, calm plan, routines and reviews
• Care notes, daily lessons and supplement messages about your child
• Your subscription: an active one is cancelled, so you are not charged again

Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example payment records held by our payment provider, Stripe, which are not part of your THRIVE 6 account. See the privacy policy.
