THRIVE 6 · by TheMotivation

You've been told to be consistent.
Nobody told you what to be consistent about.

THRIVE 6 gives your family one small plan a day — the food, the wind-down, the calm moment, the screen limit — written around your own child by a doctor who knows their name.

This is a Tuesday.

Four or five small steps, at the times they belong. Tick what happened. Tomorrow's plan listens to what you ticked — and a step you skip three times is replaced with an easier one, not repeated at you.

It is for you if

  • Your child is between about 3 and 14, and daily life is harder than it should be.
  • You are living with ADHD, autism, a speech delay, or no label at all — a label is not required.
  • You have been given advice that was true and useless: be consistent, reduce screens, more routine.
  • You want something to do tomorrow morning, not another assessment in four months.

It is not

  • A diagnosis. We do not assess for ADHD or autism, and we will tell you when to see someone who does.
  • Therapy. If your child needs occupational or speech therapy, we say so and refer you.
  • A replacement for anything your doctor has prescribed. THRIVE 6 never changes a medicine.
  • A programme that works without you. Twenty minutes of your day, most days, is the price.

Six areas, one plan

A child is not six separate problems, so the plan is not six separate programmes. Each day leans on the one or two areas having the hardest week.

Healthy Living

Sleep, food, movement and screens — the four that shape every other hour.

Emotional Wellbeing

A Calm Plan for the hard moments, written for your child and not a general one.

Independence

A picture schedule for the parts of the day that turn into a battle.

Learning

Attention and focus at home, with your doctor's own suggestions.

Communication

Asking for things, listening, and being understood.

Social Connection

Play, friendships, and time together that is not about managing behaviour.

Twelve weeks

Long enough for something to change. Short enough to see the end from the start.

Week 1

A questionnaire about your child, and the first daily plan. Your care team reads it and sets your targets.

Weeks 2–11

One plan a day. A check-in that takes a minute. Notes from your doctor or nutritionist when something needs changing.

Weeks 4, 8, 12

A review you fill in and a written one back from your professional — what moved, what did not, what happens next.

RM750 a month

The whole programme: the daily plan, your care team, the reviews, and Lumora's learning app for your child at no extra cost.

If that is out of reach, say so. There is a short financial-support form inside, and families are approved down to paying nothing at all. Nobody is asked for proof of income before the free check.

No card is asked for until a plan has been made for your child.

THRIVE 6 is a family wellness programme, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it never changes a medicine, a supplement or a dietary restriction your own doctor has set. Speak to your doctor before changing any treatment, and seek medical help directly if you are worried about your child.
