Using Lumora
Lumora is an educational subscription product provided by True Dream Coaching & Consultancy. By creating an account you agree to these terms. An account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child learner.
Subscriptions and billing
- Lumora is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, and annual where available).
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change for future billing periods with notice.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us through Message us in your parent space.
Free week and free plan
- A new account gets seven days of full access, with no payment details needed.
- When the seven days end, the account moves to the free plan unless you choose a paid plan. The free plan includes the first lessons of every subject and 20 minutes of learning a day for one child.
- Progress, stars and room items your child earned are kept on every plan.
Refer a friend
- You can invite another family with your personal invite link from your parent space.
- When a family that signed up through your link pays for a Lumora plan for the first time, both families receive a credit worth one month of their own plan, applied to their Lumora billing account and used against future payments.
- If you are not on a paid plan yet, your credit is kept and applied once you subscribe.
- Each invited family earns one credit, once. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- You cannot refer yourself or your own other accounts. We may withhold or remove credits obtained by misuse, and may change or end the referral programme for future invitations with notice.
Acceptable use
Lumora is intended for personal, non-commercial, educational use by the account holder's own child or children. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts that aren't yours, or use the service for anything unlawful.
Content
All learning materials, activities, characters, artwork, and game content within Lumora belong to True Dream Coaching & Consultancy and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the app without permission.
No guarantee of results
Lumora is a learning tool. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, and Lumora does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional educational, medical, or therapeutic advice — see our Educational Disclaimer.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove activities and features over time as part of normal product development. We'll try to keep the core subscription value consistent.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time — see our account deletion page.
