Delete your Lumora account

You can ask for your Lumora account and everything in it to be deleted at any time. The Lumora team does it by hand, usually within a few business days, so nothing disappears from one accidental tap.

What is deleted

• Your Lumora account and sign-in
• Your subscription — an active one is cancelled, so you are not charged again
• Your child's learning progress, quest checks and screening answers
• Characters, stars and anything collected in the game

Payment records kept by our payment provider for tax and accounting are not part of your Lumora account and stay with them.
