Terms of Service

Using Luvora

Luvora is an educational subscription product provided by True Dream Coaching & Consultancy. By creating an account you agree to these terms. An account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over on behalf of a child learner, and you are responsible for how the account is used, including by your child. Please keep your password to yourself.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Luvora is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, and annual where available).
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change for future billing periods with notice.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe. By choosing a plan you authorise us to charge your card each period until you cancel.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us through Message us in your parent space. This does not affect any refund right the law gives you.
  • If a payment fails, Luvora returns to the free plan until it is paid; your child's progress is kept.

Free week and free plan

  • A new account gets seven days of full access, with no payment details needed.
  • When the seven days end, the account moves to the free plan unless you choose a paid plan. The free plan includes the first lessons of every subject and 20 minutes of learning a day for one child.
  • Progress, stars and room items your child earned are kept on every plan.

Refer a friend

  • You can invite another family with your personal invite link from your parent space.
  • When a family that signed up through your link pays for a Luvora plan for the first time, both families receive a credit worth one month of their own plan, applied to their Luvora billing account and used against future payments.
  • If you are not on a paid plan yet, your credit is kept and applied once you subscribe.
  • Each invited family earns one credit, once. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  • You cannot refer yourself or your own other accounts. We may withhold or remove credits obtained by misuse, and may change or end the referral programme for future invitations with notice.

Acceptable use

Luvora is intended for personal, non-commercial, educational use by the account holder's own child or children. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts that aren't yours, or use the service for anything unlawful.

Content

All learning materials, activities, characters, artwork, and game content within Luvora belong to True Dream Coaching & Consultancy and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the app without permission.

No guarantee of results

Luvora is a learning tool. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, and Luvora does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional educational, medical, or therapeutic advice — see our Educational Disclaimer.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We may add, change, or remove activities and features over time as part of normal product development. We'll try to keep the core subscription value consistent.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; if a change matters to you (for example a price change), we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies, and you can cancel before then. Continuing to use Luvora after a change takes effect means you accept it.

The service as it is

We work hard to keep Luvora running, accurate and suitable for children, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose. Please supervise your child's use of any device.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, True Dream Coaching & Consultancy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from the use of Luvora, and our total liability for any claim relating to Luvora is limited to the amount you paid us for Luvora in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or removes any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If something goes wrong, please tell us through Message us first so we can try to put it right. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way will be heard by the courts of Malaysia, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

The whole agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Educational Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about Luvora. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time — see our account deletion page.
