Questions centres ask
Do parents need to download anything?
No. It opens in the phone's browser like an app, and can be added to the home screen. Nothing to install from a store.
Who can see a child's records?
Only your centre: your admins, the teachers linked to that child, and that child's own parents. Other centres cannot, and neither can we — we see your centre's name and contact details only.
Is it only for special-needs centres?
It was built in one, so it fits intervention, therapy and learning-support work especially well. Tuition and enrichment centres use the same reports, parent app and payments. We also have a version for nursing and care homes.
Can families pay through it?
Not yet for partner centres. You record fees and payments on your finance page, and families keep paying you the way they do now.
